While Twitchy is the ship nutcase, Patchy is only nutty. Like, if the pickle juice were ever drained from her brain she might be useful. But, since it won't, she'll never beat johnny no legs at chess. She has patches over both eyes for no perticular reason besides hating sunlight and she hates getting her bangs wet. Dispite that, she's actually a fairly good diver. She hides her treasure in the patches of the sails and in treasure holes.... in the bottom of the ship.
The crew sent Twitchy to find a good map reader and she came back with a girl with patches over both eyes. After that, she kinda hung around the ship and they couldn't seem to get rid of her.
Unless she's hanging out with Twitchy, she's for the most part a loner on the lookout post, or up on the sails, or behind her little bar, or inside a cannon. Other charecters usually come to her... but reluctanly since she has a really bad temper.
