With the mutant power to generate concussive waves of vibration, Rictor lives up to his name quite well, able to generate earthquakes with his powers. A member of X-Force, this native of Mexico has to be considered Shatterstar's best friend. Both have fought together on many occations, as well as hanging out together at night clubs (such as in X-Force #43). Recently, Rictor had rejoined the team after leaving briefly due to new team policies set by Cable in the aftermath of the Age of Apocalypse. Shatterstar is currently in a situation where he isn't actually sure of his true identity, and Rictor has been brought back to help his friend.
