This has been in the works since day one. Really I sat down to make a comic that looked like this way back last October when I was toying with starting my own comic. The style you see above was in my head, yet somehow this is what came out. Through the life of this comic it has changed styles a few times; heck I even tried to go to an every panel drawn type of thing once for a couple days. As for the web design, I come up with a new site design about once a month. It takes every part of my whole being to not implement each and every one of these. Thus this is the latest one, for which I could not hold back. As ususal the site design will only be retroactive to last Friday. The biggest change to the whole package though won’t be seen today. It will however be seen every Tuesday and Thursday. If you guessed that I’m doing double strips on those days then you’re wrong… sick and wrong. No, from now on there will only be updates on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you look at the averages it really is a better deal. I mean rather than getting 5 weak comics a week, you get 3 mediocre comics a week. It’s better cause it’s less. I mean it’s better cause they’ll be better. Anyway that’s pretty much it. Oh if you haven’t downloaded or purchased anything by The Hives, then you are not my friend. I leave you with some lyrics and a quote:
