Comic 35 – Journey to the Weather Machine, Part 1

Mike Says: This story is actually much more tragic than my PG version would let one (kids' show and all). There was a battle against a rare breed of cacti in the desert, which bled water, so it was only by slaughtering villages of them that I managed to survive. The dragon-pirate ship was brought down off the coast by a sea-beast, and only I and Snappy survived (poor Snappy...he had to be eaten for nourishment by the tenth day...Snappy, you were delicious). I met Danish in a seedy bar/brothel, where he decided that my quest was noble enough to swear off his nights filled with alcohol and prostitutes and join me. However, after we'd managed to survive the dinosuar and floaty-eye thingy, he was killed in the pass by a rock-slide. Danish died a pure danish, though.
