Storm's Bio.

Storm has the mutant powers of flight, weather control (lightning, rain, whirlwinds etc.).

Storm's real name is Ororo Munroe. at a godlike level. She was born in Manhattan, New York, and raised in Cairo, Egypt. She was taught how to be a pickpocket by Achmed el-Gibar. She's been claustrophobic since she was a child. Ameil Fouruk was the Shadow King's host, and he had control of all of the thieves in Cairo. Storm was promised to him, but he never got her for keeps.

Storm was recruited by Professor Xavier to join his new team of X-Men that were from all over the world. The team consisted of Thunderbird, Banshee, Sunfire, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Cyclops, but Sunfire didn't join, and Thunderbird died trying to stop a villian on a plane.

Storm remained with the team over the years, and became leader of the team at one point.

Later on, the X-Men ventured below the Manhattan subways, and into the Morlock Sewers. Callisto, leader of the Morlocks, revealed that she was holding Angel prisoner with his wings pinned up. She and her Morlocks then attacked the X-Men. But Storm challenged Callisto to a duel, for the leadership of the Morlocks. And she won.

Later on, a mutant causing trouble named Rogue was a target for Gyrich to shoot with the mutant Forge's nuetralizer gun, which can take away a mutant's powers on impact. Unfortunately Storm was hit when she was protecting Rogue from the hit. Thus, she lost her powers.

Later on, Storm wants to get her powers back, and takes a leave of absence from the X-Men. She goes to Forge's place. Forge's place goes off with all kinds of holograms of things, and one of Forge pleading for help. Forge isn't there, but his old friend Naze' is. Naze' asks Storm to find Forge with him. But Naze' has his own evil agenda.

As it turns out, Naze is possessed by the Adversary, and tricks Storm into killing Forge in order to stop him from opening the portal to demons. Storm stabs Forge, and he tells her that it was a trick that he was trying to close the portal.

Storm keeps Forge alive, and they realize that Naze' is possessed. They then go after the Adversary. But Storm has Forge giver her powers back to her.

Storm returns with Forge to the X-Men in the heat of battle against the Adversary. Forge has to cast the X-Men into pure energy to put the Adversary away; thus killing the X-Men (and on live TV). But Roma keeps them alive, and they hide in Australia.

Later on, Storm tries to stop Nanny the Orphan Maker from capturing all of the X-Men, but she gets caught herself in the clutches of Nanny's ship as it flies away. Havok reacts on instinct and blows up the ship; thus killing Storm in process (or so they thought).

Storm wakes up in Chicago as a child, and she is picked up by an ambulance with the Shadow King in a new host of a doctor. Storm escapes on her own, but returns to the Shadow King's place in a robbery attempt. She meets up with Gambit and escapes the Shadow King.

Storm then comes into contact with Nanny the Orphan Maker when Gambit is abducted in the street. The mystery behind Storm's reversion to her youth is revealed as Storm remembers. Storm and Gambit destroy Nanny's ship and they are on their own again.

Later on, Storm is kidnapped by Cameron Hodge in X-Tinction Agenda. She gets mind wiped by the Genegineer and is under Cameron Hodge's control as a mutate. But she regains her adult form, and memory when she sucks Cyclops energy from him. They go on to defeat Hodge etc..

Later on Storm leads one of the X-Men's team. However, Forge breaks up with her, and it breaks her heart.

Storm went on to the X-Treme X-Men team as their leader, but it turned into the X.S.E. And she transfered that team back into the pages of Uncanny X-Men.

Recently, Storm was taken prisoner by aliens in the Savage Land, and almost destroyed the world by altering its climate to an ice age. But she broke free from it, and they made a truce with the Aliens.

I used various X-Men related comic books from my personal collection, and the Ultimate X-Men book by DK for reference.
