Iceman's Bio.Iceman has the mutant power to make ice in any form. His secondary mutation let him grow at huge sizes.Iceman's real name is Bobby Drake. In his mid teens, he was recruited by Professor Xavier to become one of his first X-Men, whom were: Cyclops, Jean Grey, Angel and Beast. Iceman fought many battles with the X-Men, but left with the rest of his teammates except Cyclops.

Iceman joined the Defenders. The Defenders included Silver Surfer, Sub Mariner, Hulk, Dr. Strange, Beast, and Angel. The group disbanded after a while. Later on, Iceman joined the original X-Men to work for the government as X-Factor. Iceman went on many adventures with the team. He fell in love with a young woman named Opal Tanaka. Later, Iceman and his teammates left X-Factor, and became X-Men again. In one encounter, Colossus's older brother, Mikhail, was being taken care of in the infirmary from being rescued from a portal below the Earth. Mikhail and Iceman got in an argument, so Mikhail used his power on him. He distorted Iceman's molecular body into pure water.

Later, Iceman would turn huge, and in a spiked form from Mikhail's altering. Later, Iceman walked up to a comatose Emma Frost, White Queen, and she switched psyches with him. But Professor X apprehended her, and they both returned back to their bodies. Later, Iceman got shot with a hole in his chest by Post. Iceman came to Emma Frost for help because he was afraid to revert back to human form with a hole in his chest. She made him do it, and he survived.

Later, Iceman found his father in the woods beaten almost to death. Cannonball went undercover and found out that Graydon Creed did that to Iceman's father. Later, Iceman was found out to be an omega-class mutant. Later, Iceman couldn't revert to human form. And he became a teacher at Xavier's Institued with the rest of the X-Men when Xavier changed the X-Men's role. Later, Polaris came to the school because she heard Havok was being treated there, for his comatose state. Polaris was jealous of the nurse who was treating Havok at Xavier's Institute because she treated Havok at the hospital that he was transferred from. Havok snapped out of it, and set up a wedding ceremony for Polaris, but he changed his mind last minute. Havok admitted he was in love with the Nurse. So Iceman took advantage by going after Polaris. Recently, Iceman turned off his powers mentally when all of the mutants lost thier powers from Scarlet Witch's reality twist without even knowing it. Emma Frost turned his powers back on with Cerebro when he was about to be shot in the head. Polaris is back with Havok again.
