Powers: He has a slightly bizarre form of teleportation. He basically opens up dimensional rifts through which he can transport himself (as well as others) to a different location.
Story: Jeremy moved away with his parents when he was 6. He ended up living most of his life in a small little town, and when he discovered his powers he tried his best to cover them up from the outside world. But one day, it was a matter of life or death...so he used his powers to save a friend. Still, he remained a little uncomfortable with using his powers. Then Tala came to town. He befriended her, and soon found out the secret of her powers. She persuaded him to use his powers to aid those in need, just as she had recently decided to do.
