G.E. Smith was Gilda's first husband. They met when he played guitar for Gilda Live.

Ever since she met Lorne, Gilda was secretly in love with him, but she could never do anything about those feelings.

At the hight of her stardom on SNL, Gilda was roumed to have had a short live affair with Kevin Kline.

John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd were to of Gilda's buddies. Their freindship began way back during there days with the Second City Comedy Troupe.

Ben Masters and Gilda had a long sweet romance that she had hoped to turn into a marrige, but dispite the love they could not keep the relationship together he once said " I'd drag my ass though broken glass just to catch a glass of her in a puddle".
