Name: The Retro-Orbital-Chaos-Compressor (ROCC)

Bios: Created by Ovi Kintobor to harness the evil of Planet Mobius into six Chaos Emeralds, the ROCC was powered by the Golden Rings of Mobius and was unstable without the added energy of the seventh Emerald. When Kintobor accidentally tripped whilst holding a rotten egg and hit the ROCC’s control panel, the machine exploded and scattered the Golden Rings. Kintobor absorbed the evil energy of the Chaos Emeralds, along with the rotten egg, and he transformed into Doctor Ivo Robotnik. Since then, the ROCC has lied in ruins as other means of storing and containing the Chaos Emeralds became available.
