Hotsuma is the Shinobi from the PS2 game... Shinobi. He's a Ninja of the clan of Oboro. The last of his kind and he's out to avenge his clan, with a katana that eats away at him. But despite the whole if he doesn't kill things he dies... he's a pretty cool guy.
