Saiyan Rage's gallery of artwork for DEAD VIOLET Welcome to my gallery for the Dead Violet series. Hopefully, I will make time to expand this gallery (and it may be branched into other galleries--like a Kazuya Gallery, and stuff! ^_^). This gallery now supports tables (ooh, ahh), and the images are listed in the order I created them. Also, new images are in a table by itself, so now you know what's new!!

NEW IMAGE Description
"Doll Eyes, Part2". I think Nina would look really cold if she had eyes like that! This would defintiely be the companion image to the Kazuya one (other than it's "Doll EYes" namesake, of course :P). Once again, I used Prismacolour pencils for this piece. Oh, and be sure to check out the sketch incarnation...HERE!
It's been a while since I've used Prismacolour brand coloured pencils! I think this particular piece turned out well. There is actually a title of this image, and it's called "Doll Eyes, part 1", because Kazuya's eyes (and Nina's, in the sequel which I am currently working on) are rather large. I think, however, that the large eyes convey the rather disturbing visage that Kazuya displays in DEAD VIOLET. -ALSO- if you are interested, you can see the sketch version of this image.
OLDER IMAGES Description
A fellow poster at Tekken Zaibatsu Fan Art Central (FAC) by the name of Mim had asked me if I had any Jin arts. Seeing as how I do not, I made this piece to satisfy her and all the other Jin fans out there. I am personally impressed by it; it almost looks as though it came out of an Anime! Marker.
For this piece, I decided to base the drawing style on that of the legendary Yoshitaka Amano. Kazuya is Death in this visage...the angel wing and devil wing represent my belief that Death knows neither Good nor Evil. Watercolour.
This image depicts the relationship between Kazuya and the Devil that resides in his body...not a pleasant one, that is most certain. Watercolour.
A piece I am most proud of at the moment(5/8/02). Kazuya is depicted as a fallen angel held in bondage in his Hell; a Hell of blood that he is accused of having spilled during his previous life. Watercolour.
My most recent CG. Nina reads a book as Kazuya rests on a bed, during a sunny summer afternoon. My idea of relaxation (I wish I were in Nina's place, tho!)!
A pencil sketch, made into coloured pencil courtesy of Photoshop! A shirtless Hwoarang plays the guitar, with A smirking Nina, somber Jin, and a cunning Hayato in the background.
A CG of the lovely yet deadly Nina Williams. In the background is the Nina of the past; sulty, seductive and cunning. In the foreground is the Nina of now, angry, deadly, her eyes of ice.
Watercolour. This is a group image for episode one (coming soon). In the foreground is the Dead Violet himself, Kazuya, with his "better half", Devil, smiling behind him and the mysterious goth girl smiling.
Done in Prismacolour Markers. The Living Dead Violet, Kazuya Mishima, laps up some of his own blood as it pours from his wrist.
A group picture, comprised in Prismacolour pencils and sketching pencils. From R-L: Kazuya, Nina, Lee, Hayato, and Hwoarang--in a "STONY" shirt, no less.
bloody image of Nina Williams that I drew for Catlord for his birthday (which I will still send, I swear, Cat!). I had a lot of fun splattering the "blood", which is actually red ink. The entire image is coloured in Ink, and not watercolour.
One of the first CGs I was actually impressed with. Kazuya wearing sunglasses, bearing a tattoo that reads "Kazuya R.I.P.". Notice the bondage belt! ^_^
Ugh. The CG that almost made me quit CG. It was a good idea at the time, plus it gives you an insight as to what Dead Violet WOULD have been, which is why it's here and not in the junk pile. ^_^
