As the trainer you will be teaching the new TD the following:
Keytext/Short keys
The correct spams to use
Tourney set up/ 2 hour difference with same game
How to put link behind name in messenger
When to start spamming for tourney
Mia's
Brb's
Slow play warnings
Screen Shots
Wrong table set up
Both players time out
Tourney start time, end time/warnings
When to contact a htd/admn
How to edit a tourney
Deleting tourneys/When not to delete a tourney
When they can charge bux
Begin training: Keys
A. Download keys/insert spams
B. Ensure that TD knows how to Cut, Copy, Paste (CCP)
C. Ensure spams are within Angels Guidelines
D. Show TD how to edit info in keys
E. Test keys in a empty lobby, (international room) you can find one
Go over with the TD the rules on mia's, brb's n slow play warning, wrong table
setting....Do a question n answer session on these rules..We have found that
this is where the new tds get in trouble the most, so thru out their training please,
continue to question the td on these points..Other points not mentioned here
can be gone over with the TD as their training progresses..Again, do a question
n answer session with them...
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Advise your trainee not to create a tourney without your knowing about it...If this happens, trainee will be put back in training. When you n trainee have set up a
tourney, please make sure you are here 45 minutes before tourney time, and
inform your trainee she/he will be here 45 minutes before start time.
New TDS are not to run their 1st tourney, till you are satisfied they know how
to run keys, spams are within the guidelines found in trainee's manual, and
have a working knowledge of mia's brb's, and slow plays warnings.
YOUR TRAINEE IS NOW READY TO CREATE N RUN THEIR 1ST TOURNEY, IF ALL OF THE ABOVE HAS BEEN DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION...
Screen Shots can be taught later in their training, have them take a shot of your im box, n send it to you in email...Must be done before they go on their own...
As the trainer of a new TD you should know when your trainee is ready to go on their own..We use the 5 game minimal as a guideline for you to use..If u feel a new Td needs more training, stay with them till they r ready..If you feel a new TD needs less then the 5 tourneys as in the case of a returning td to angels, or a new TD who comes to us who has td'ed in another league, use your judgement...Use those questions n answers it will give you a better idea of how they are doing..
ANY QUESTIONS ON THIS TRAINER'S MANUAL ARE TO BE SENT TO KELL_ANGEL_4EVER OR POSTAL_PEG
REPORTS ON HOW YOUR TRAINEES ARE PROGRESSING ARE TO BE SENT TO KELL OR PEG BY FRIDAY NITE @ 6PM CASES TIME, EACH WEEK.
