History/Background:
Born into a non-mutant family didn't realise powers until 7 years old. After Discovering his electricity manipulation abilities, he tryed to develop them, but after a couple years of rigorous development, his father helped him design his armor, which helped him control his electricity to an incredible degree. A couple years after the construction of the armor, his father was assassinated because of his personal background. After finding the people responsible for his fathers death, they felt the shock of 20 million volts of electricity. The source of the electricity was powering about a quarter of California...what a dark day that was.
