Quote of the Issue: Page 28. Everett K. Ross to Mephisto. "You ever been on Jerry Springer--?"
Panel/s of the Issue(And in this case, quite possibly of the century):

The issue begins with Ross, sitting beside a rather imposing figure of Mephisto. The devil is seated atop a throne of bone and surrounding by flaming skulls. Ross attempts to make small talk with Mephisto, however satan doesn't respond. It turns out that Mephisto is waiting to speak with T'challa, and to make Ross more comfortable while they wait, the devil gives him a pair of pants.(See above panel)
Meanwhile, T'challa was recruiting agents from thugs and criminals to use as his eyes and ears in the underworld to aid him in his quest to find the killer of the little girl from the tomorrow fund.
Taking a break from hunting thugs, and lowlifes, T'challa receives a call from his step-mother, Ramonda, informing him that Achebe, with the aid of rebel sympathizers, sabotaged the central Wakandan defence grids upon T'challa's departure. T'challa tells his mother he'll return, and fight the insurrection. His mother of course tells him to stay, because by returning the king will only give Achebe what he wants, an easier opportunity to kill him. So he decides to stay, and follow his mother's advice: finding the killer of little Jamie Robins.
On their way home, Ross, T'challa, Zuri, and the Dora Milaje stop for dinner, whereupon Ross has his ID stolen by a thug. Following the thug of a strip club, Ross, confronts the man, who throws the ID to the women in the mud pit...who proceed to give Ross the beat down. Following their arrest, and subsequent release, T'challa travels to the cell of Marian Vicar, who was the Executive Director of the Tomorrow fund. T'challa demands the name of the man who corrupted Vicar. He got it - Achebe.
