Dymon was born into a wealthy family in Mexico. So wealthy was this family that they were targeted by many less than reputable people. One such group was a pair of would-be kidnappers that disguised themselves as doctors in order to sneak into the hospital and kidnap young Dymon when she was just an infant.

As they were making their escape, they lost control of their vehicle and drove it off a cliff. When it collided with the ground, it burst into a fiery explosion, killing the two kidnappers. Thankfully for young Dymon, her powers manifested themselves just in time to save her, her Diamantium body impervious to the flames and shrapnel.

A pack of wolves were nearby, and were drawn to the scene by their curiosity. When the fire subsided, the alpha male noticed young Dymon off to the side of the explosion. At first, he was startled by her, and even nipped at her, only to hurt his teeth on her skin. Sniffing her carefully, she turned back into normal and playfully grabbed his nose. Something in the wolf made it decide to take her with him.

D grew up with the wolves in a forest, barely knowing that she was not one of them. Her parents were distraught, but eventually had to move on for the sake of the son they already had, Richard (later Mech). He led a good life, though was understandably over-protected by his parents. Eventually, when he got older, he demanded to know why they had always been so protective. He was told about what happened to his sister. When he found out that no body had ever been found of his infant sister, he began to get curious.

With some research, D's brother found many stories of a girl raised by wolves that had been seen in a forest relatively near where the car had crashed. The stories had not been greatly researched, being viewed as a myth like the Sasquatch and Chupacabre. People had even claimed that they had caught her, but she had somehow escaped when they weren't watching, some even claiming this girl had shredded the cage they had her in. Richard's curiosity was piqued and he resolved to find this girl on even the slight possibility she was alive.

When he arrived at the forest, he found Sizzle and the Alpha Squadron already there, saying they had come to investigate, as Sizzle had become enthralled with myths, and this girl was the third on his list, right after Bigfoot and Count Chocula. Sizzle allowed Richard to accompany them in their search.

Surprisingly, they actually managed to find D, unlike Bigfoot and Count Chocula. She was not too pleased that they had invaded her territory. With her wolf family watching, she attacked Sizzle. Sizzle tried to just dodge her attacks, but she was surprisingly fast and agile and eventually slashed him across his stomach. Though just a flesh wound, Sizzle was not amused. He drew his sword and fought back, eventually connecting with his Diamantium katana, just to find out that she was also made of Diamantium. After finding that was useless, he stopped her barrage of counterattacks by igniting himself on fire. While she was off guard, Sizzle pinned her to the floor, hand raised above his head holding a fireball when Mech threw Sizzle off of her.

Trying to explain himself, Dymon attacked Richard, but while she was about to finish him off, she sniffed him and somehow knew who he was. Richard, though bruised and cut, was elated to have found his estranged sister. Sizzle, finding out that both Dymon and Richard were mutants, offered them a place on the team. Richard initially turned him down, but Dymon, infatuated with Sizzle as the only creature she'd met that could best her in a fight, kept trying to follow him. Eventually, Richard took up Sizzle's offer.

D now lives in the Alpha Mansion. Though she has a room, she spends most of her time in the hedge maze with her adopted wolf father, who Sizzle decided to bring back with her because she wouldn't go without him. Though she doesn't talk, she seems to be slowly understanding what people are saying to her, but still tends to bother them with her eccentric mannerisms. Except for Sizzle, who has a few eccentricities of his own.
