• Archie Andrews- the red haired, clumsy but lovable character
• Betty Cooper- the kind, caring, blonde with a great personality (best friends with Veronica Lodge)
• Jughead Jones- the quiet, funny one who's hobby is eating; his pal is Archie
• Veronica Lodge- the rich, spoiled brunette who'll do anything to split Betty and Archie apart (Even though Betty is her best friend)

The Story Behind The Comic...... Archie and Jughead have been best friends ever since Jughead moved to Riverdale when they were really little. Betty & Veronica are best friends, and are always competing for Archie. Archie can't seem to decide between them. Betty is sweet and Veronica is beautiful. Veronica somehow manages to get Archie most of the time, leaving Betty heartbroken most of the time. So Betty chases Archie, who chases Veronica. Jughead doesn't like girls at all, he chases food. These four, although they're different, come together as good friends. All of this makes a great comic.
