New Years '01

This is the New Years party that started out at Mark's place and then we moved to the 16th Street Mall in Denver for the big fireworks EXTRAVAGANZA! It was outstanding. I didn't take any pictures of the outstanding part, but you can see us at our pre-party.

Okay, this isn't what it looks like. It's actually supposed to look painful. Here's the story. New Years 2000, last year, I, being the frisky drunk that I am, kept slapping Della and Lija's butts. Not really slapping. More of a love pat. ANYWAY. They, evidently, didn't appreciate it. They kept telling me to stop. I didn't. So later that night, at the club in Breckenridge where we were partying, they got together and plotted revenge. ON THE DANCE FLOOR, they doubled teamed me by HITTING - (not grabbing as it appears here) - HITTING me where it hurts the most. I went down like a sack of potatoes. On the dance floor. Only Jason gave me any sympathy. Della and Lija were too busy giving each other high fives and doing touchdown dances to see that I WAS REALLY INJURED!!! Yeah.. so this was an attempted re-creation - a year later. It hurt a LOT more than this picture does justice.

Okay, this was actually Jason's idea. The picture was taken at New Years 2001 innocently enough. Jason thought that the picture makes me look like some sort of a stud, I guess. Well, SORRY, but Am I Hot or NOT did NOT think so. I got a freaking 4.4 for this picture!!!! Damn! And they don't even let guys pictures stay up for more than a day or two. All these chicks have pictures up there for weeks.. MONTHS! Maybe they just took ME down because I was doing so poorly. Too bad. Oh well.
