My name is Randy Stephens. I live in Paris, Texas. I have been hunting, raising, and training coon dogs for 20 plus years. In all my coon hunting experiences I have hunted, or hunted with, some of the best hounds in the world. Once in a lifetime you have the opportunity to own one of these hounds. It is hard to get all the qualities you want...the looks, the mouth, the brains...all under one hide. Two and a half years ago I was lucky enough to come across such a hound.A good friend of mine, David Fletcher, from Emory, Texas told me about this hound. He was owned by Alan Terrell from Sweeney, Texas. After several negotiations I was able to purchase the hound of a lifetime, "The Real Slim Shady."
