Description of pets and roommates: Roommates: Anthany (25) - Architect; Kristin (29) - Private Tutor and Underwriting Assistant; Judy (for the Summer) Pets: Molly - 6 year old Yorkshire Terrier; Mara - 4 year old cat; Jolie - 1 year old Papillon; We have a pet door for the animals to go out when they want. Rent: ALL utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, gas, trash). Also, we will provide cable modem and cable tv as soon as it's available in the area. We have a basic phone line. We use our cell phones for the long distance calls. The bedroom available upstairs is unfurnished and rents for $600 per month including ALL utilities. The bedroom downstairs is furnished with a waterbed, nightstand and dresser plus it has a private bathroom. It rents for $650. We would like a 1-3 month lease or month-to-month.
