[21:25] <.Paranoia> the easiest, even if not most reliable, is typing in the names of the main programms u've downloaded/installed(although spyware on CD's is rare) [21:25] <.Paranoia> at : http://www.spychecker.com/index.html [21:26] <.Paranoia> or you can download ad-aware, this makes the most sense, as if you have spyware you will need to download this program anway.
