file and print sharing (from windows go to control panel then 
network then click the file and print sharing button)

print sharing enabled is by using "INTERNET EXPLORER"

<.Mujahid> then read it over and over again until u understand it,
then enter the ip address of the target computer (the one with IPC
enabled or NETBIOS)

<.Mujahid> then open internet exploer
<.Mujahid> and \\ipaddress
<.Mujahid> hat all u do

 alot of firewalls ask the user if they want to allow 
services running on the computer to access the net
