1.  The work towards getting our proposed "Accountability Bill for Public Officials" is moving along well.   The poll included our research report entitled, "Treason by Public Officials?".  The responses from our preliminary poll done prior to the Congressional election have been compiled and are available in a Preliminary Report.  Both of these can be downloaded here :

2.  Our February Newsletter just went out which includes the synopsis of our congressional poll (mentioned below) to-date and several articles.  If you have never seen our newsletter, you'll love it! 3.  The Constitutional Review Committee is now beginning to decide on the upcoming projects we will be working on.  Some of the issues are Campaign Finance Reform, Education and the requirements necessary for the Accountability Bill based on the input we have received.  We are looking for new members to assist and/or guide new projects!  Get involved and have a say in our activities!

1/30/03  - Houston Media Source, "We the People" television - Beginning in February, this organization will begin scrolling messages regarding the "Accountability Bill for Public Officials" on this cable program in Texas.
1/29/03 - James Hardin Show (Public Television) - Our founder, Gerry Donaldson, has been asked to do a video for public television in the Houston, Texas area regarding our organization's efforts.  Due to time constraints, nothing has been scheduled yet.  However, this does show that the media is beginning to pay attention!
1/27/03 - Newsbull.com - The editor of Newsbull.com, Chuck Pardee contacted us fully supporting our efforts.  He has given the Constitutional Review Committee our own forum!  It can be found under the National Forums in the "Constitutional Issues" section.  In addition, he informed us that their site will begin offering an online chat type forum which we will start using as soon as it is ready.

Judge Rules Against Homeland Security Department - In a Fox News report, U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ordered the office to prove it has no authority other than helping and advising President Bush if it wants to dismiss a lawsuit seeking access to its records.
