::TOILETS To go to the toilet you’ll have to make the ½ mile journey back to Bill’s house, please don’t make too much noise or mess the place up because Bill’s parents won’t be impressed.
::FIRST AID I’ve bought a small first aid kit, if you need plasters or anything come and find me.
::MUSIC My CD player is resting in peace, if anyone has a portable CD player & speakers which they can trust us with could you bring it!
::FOOD There will be a designated tent containing food and drink and there will be a BBQ starting at about half 8. If anyone has any food or drink they would be willing to bring, could you? The more the merrier!!
::WHY WE’RE THERE I’ve organised this so we can all have a good time and forget about the exams (hence the name) so enjoy yourselves! No frowning or I won’t be impressed.
::ARRIVAL Arrive when you want/can and the same for leaving, theres no set times, so long as you don’t arrive before 5pm on Wednesday.
::TENTS Please make sure you either bring a tent and sleeping bag or bring a sleeping bag and make sure someone lets you sleep with them.
::RUBBISH Empty bottles, cans, packets and any other rubbish goes in bin bags or else!
::EXAM MATERIAL You bring any, you’ll regret it!
