UPDATE: (June 20, 2003) These plates are now supposed to be limited to commercial trucks only. When registering a non-commercial truck today in Colorado, it is more common to receive passenger plates than it was in the past (although some non-commercial trucks are still slipping through with truck plates). Truck plates are taking far longer to go through reserved blocks; they've been at the IBA-IBE block since October.
