Issued for a fee to any motorist with a service-connected disability who desires such a plate.

UPDATE: (February 1, 2003) This plate is much more rare than it looks at first glance! This type of tag came out on January 1, 2000. Since Colorado issues one-year stickers, the first year a plate issued in 2000 would expire would be 2001. Some people, however, did not turn in their exp. 1999 temporary plates until after they expired, meaning they got stickers expiring in 2000. Mainly, this was done with people turning in December and November-expiry temporary plates meaning they would expire in December or November, 2000. This one is odd, though, in that its expiration is June 2000, meaning this person drove his car with expired temporary tags for six months without getting plates.
