Issued for a fee to anyone with a vehicle over 25 years old in the state of Colorado. License plates expire on a five-year schedule, and year sticker are always blue on white.

UPDATE: (June 20, 2003) In an attempt for easier law enforcement of collector plates, 2008 stickers will break the long-held tradition of blue on white tabs by being black on teal green (the same color as 2004 passenger stickers).
