We unconditionally guarantee our work. In the first 10 days from the date you receive the item, if you don't like the piece of jewelry you got from us for ANY reason, just return it to us in the same condition it was in when we sold it to you and we will refund your purchase price.
We have a lifetime guarantee against any defects in our product. If anything we make breaks due to a defect in our materials or
workmanship, we will repair or replace it for you at no charge. This does not apply to abuse of the item. We use natural stones in our jewelry and some will break if dropped, heated, folded, spindled or mutilated.
If you have a problem with anything you purchased from us, please call or email us and we will discuss your options.
Please do not return anything to us without first contacting us. That way we will know what is happening when we receive the piece and will be able to take care of the problem promptly.
The customer is our first concern. We will go to great lengths to see that you are satisfied.
