- You will need the following...
- One envelope onion recipe soup mix.
- One and a half cups buttermilk.
- One tablespoon all purpose flour
- Two finely choped cloves of garlic.
- One pound of boneless,skinless chicken breast.
- Two cuos of frozen mixed vegtables.
- One fourth of a cup dry bread crumbs
- One tablespoonmargarine or butter.
- Preheat over to 350.
- In a bowl combine garlic,flour,buttermilk,and onion recipe soup mix.
- Set aside.
- In a lightly greased two quart oven safe casserole pan, place chicken,and vegtables.
- Add soup mixture to it.
cover and bake for twenty minutes.
- Remove the cover and top with dried bread crumbs mixed with butter.
- Finish baking by placing it back in the oven uncovered for an additional twenty five minutes.
- season with salt and pepper to desired taste.

- CHICKEN AND CHEESE FETTUCCINE.
- You will need the following..
- 2 cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken
- 3 cups hot cooked fettuccine
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed broccoli and cheese soup.
In a large pan,over medium heat,in hot butter, cook garlic for two minutes, stirring often.
Stir in milk,soup,chicken and cheese. Heat to a boil.
reduice heat to low and cook for five minutes stirring occasionally.
pour over fettuccine
feel free to add additional parmesan cheese on top or sprinkle with parseley and garnish with kale leaves.
- you will need the following ingredients
- 1.two tablespoons of margarine or butter.
- 2.four skinless,boneless chicken breast cut in half
- 3.one onion --chopped (about 1/2 of a cup)
- 4.one tablespoon chopped parsley
- 5.1/4 cup milk
- 6.one 10 and 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 7.four cups of hot cooked egg noodles
- 8.a couple pieces of italian pasley for garnish
- 9.one tablespoon dijon style mustard
In a large pan over medium to high heat,in one tablespoon of hot maragin, cook chicken ten minutes.(or until browned on both sides)
remove from heat and set aside
reduce heat to medium
in the pan in the remaining margarin cook onion until tender, stirring often
stir in soup, milk, chopped parsley, and mustard.
bring to a boil then add chicken and reduce to low heat.
cover pan for five minutes or until chicken is no longer pink stirring occasionally.
serve over noodles
garnish with parsely.
