This series by C.S. Lewis is about the fantasy land of Narnia. I've read it a couple times but I can't tell which memory goes with which book, so here's an overview. Some kids go through a portal from Earth to Narnia and they have tons of adventures. Some books have adventures of the people from Narnia in them, too. Eventually they reach a sort of enlightenment you'll have to read about. It's geared more towards children, but it's a good escape for adults too. 5 of 5.
