Another life story by Charles Dickens, and let me tell you, this is one long frickin book. It's 750 pages in small type in a pretty big book. It's is about a boy who has the makings of a great life, but those hopes end when the Murdstone's come into his life and the saga begins. This book has so many memorable characters - Uriah Heep, Emily, Agnes, the Murdstones, Steerforth, Tommy Traddles, and Mr. Micawber - that it's no surprise this is a classic. It's one of the few books, let alone classics, that has had me laughing out loud. 5 of 5.
