World War I: A Short History

We had to read this for a class called Europe in the Age of Violence sophomore year. It was very informative, and kind of dry, but not too dry. The author did occassionly inject his opions (even if they were jokes only history buffs would get) into the narrative. If you want to know about World War I from cause to close, and you don't want to know every single little detail of the war, this is a good book. 3 of 5 stars.
