"Be Still and Know..." leads into a winding path of the I Am Presence.   The I AM represents the original, permanent and highest source of the Ascended Masters' instructions on the Great Laws of Life.  These laws were first offered to the Western world by St. Germain through Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ballard.  These teachings were a gift to bring illumination and perfection to mankind. When the words I and Am are joined they create a special energy of the word's intent and SO IT IS.  In other words,  the words I AM are a magnet.   If you do not let the Inner govern you, the outer will.  Since you have free will, you may consciously with full determination make the Demand for what you want to exist in your life.  If there are feeling of doubt, this neutralizes the force of the demand.  The results will depend upon your own acceptance and intensity of your feeling.  Separate places of meditation offer you the special energy to bring about what you wish. 

Visualize  yourself in a place of your choice and focus your thoughts and energy on the words I AM and allow your heart and mind to become congruent while your Will moves into existence what you desire: :   I am Integrity, I Am Joy, I Am Peace, I Am Serenity, I Am Wisdom,  I Am Harmony, I Am Wisdom, I Am Compassion, I Am Perfect Health, I Am Opulent, I Am Love, I Am Free, I Am Congruent Heart and Mind and my Will is Activated.
