Known as The General, he is a man in his late thirties. He came from Rome
born of senatorial rank. He was an officer in the army from his early life,
leaving his command as a general in the Praetorians upon his embrace.
As a Scion of Via Regalis, he owns a massive palace somewhere in town
and uses it as a training ground for ghouls, vampires and others. It is referred
to in hushed tones as The Crucible.
