"Mom's gonna kill you, you know that right?"
"I don't really care what she thinks. She can shove it for all I care. Now if you excuse me, I have a job interview in an hour and I still have one more thing I need to do." She paid and thanked the dude and brushed past AJ and Nick. Nick reached out and grabbed her arm.
"Look, I'm telling you now that my mom is going to be soo pissed at you."
"And I'm telling you right now that I don't care." She pulled up the sleeve on his arm and pointed to his tattoo. "And what would this be? Hmm...let me think dumass. If she wasn't pissed at you, then she has NO right to be pissed at me." She stormed out the door making sure to slam it so hard the little bell that announced when someone came in fell off.
AJ chuckled lightly to himself. "Well, she's one fiesty girl. I like her even more."
Nick groaned. "You have to be kidding."

Casey walked through the front door, happy with herself for getting a job. She walked into the kitchen to see AJ and Nick sitting at the table eating some chips and talking. She rolled her eyes and groaned.
They both looked up and their eyes went wide. "What the hell did you do to your hair?" Nick yelled and she Casey just shrugged.
"What you don't like?" She asked spinning around to show it off. "I thought it'd go great with my new job."
"Where are you working? Gothics R us?"
"No, actually, I got a job at Hot Topic."
"I love that store!!" Aj finally chimed in and Casey looked at him and smiled.
"Hey, our hair matches." She finally pointed out.
"Yeah, I guess it does."
The garage door slammed shut and Jane walked into the kitchen. "What did you do to yourself Casey? I sent you out to get a job and you dyed your hair blood red?!" She yelled.
"That's not all she did mom." Casey glared at Nick, trying to send daggers at him with her eyes. Nick just smirked at her.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Jane asked and looked at Nick expectingly.
"Ask her to show you." He laughed evily and Jane looked at Casey.
"Well?" Casey sighed and lifted up her shirt to show her belly ring. Jane gasped but then Casey lifted up her foot and showed the tattoo, Jane looked horrified. But then Casey stuck out her tongue, and that was the last straw for Jane.
"YOU DID ALL THAT?!?!" She screamed and Nick just laughed to himself.
"Why yes Jane, I did."
"Did you have my permission? No!"
"Whatever! I don't need your permission. I am 18, a legal adult."
"Yeah, I understand that but these are very drastic things!" She yelled and Casey looked at her with a bored glare.
"Well, I don't see you yelling at Nick for having a tattoo, three in fact, or for him dying his hair, or to Bj for her pierced ears."
"Yeah, but these are two completely different things. Nick consulted us before getting his tattoos, his hair dye is NATURAL not blood red and Bj has her ears pierced! Not her tongue. As long as you live under my roof, you live under my rules."
"Oh yeah? I'm 18, a legal adult! I don't have to deal with this shit! I can move out if I want!" Casey screamed back at her.
"Oh no you can't."
"Oh yes I can. I don't have anything keeping me here. My best friend hates my guts, which is good because I hate him just as much, you guys are always getting pissed off at me whether I do this or I do that and I can't live the lifestyle I want! I hate living here. I hate it here with you and him and your whole damn family!"
"Well, that's too bad because your mother sent you here because she thought it was best for you."
"My mom wouldn't know what's best for me if it slapped her in the face."
"That's too bad because you're staying whether you like it or not. Did you even get a job today like I asked?"
"Yes as a matter of fact I did!"
"Where?"
"Hot Topic." Casey started walking out of the room, and Jane chased after her.
"You are NOT working in that store and we are NOT done here. Don't you walk away from me."
