This is a drawing of President Lincoln and his family during the Civil War. It includes the President and his wife and two sons while a picture of his third son looks down on them from a picture on the wall. A section of this picture with the President reading to his younger son Tad has been copied many times.
There is a crease where the picture was bent at one time but the fold did not break the photo itself and is unnoticable in the right light.
