Membership and Annual Fees
Membership includes a subscription to the chapter newsletter and Dignity/U.S.A. Journal and an opportunity for full participation in Dignity's activities at the local, regional and national levels.
Individual Memeberships are $45
Couple Memberships are $80
Clergy Memberships are $40
