Hyuuga Makoto belongs to the first section of the Bureau of Combat Operation of the Central Combat Operation Command Deparment of NERV. His main jobs are to control Magi System and to be the "spy" of Katsuragi Misato. He helps Misato to do all kinds of work like sending her clothes to the laundry, stealing the information from the Project Development Center, stealing the files from Ibuki Maya which is about the 5th child and searches a lot of things that Misato wants. His seems to like Misato very much and does everything for her.
