The Characters of MST3K

Here's what I know and probably all you need to know about the Mystery Science Theater 3000 characters.
MIKE NELSON

The only human aboard the Satellite of Love. He used to work for Pearl Forrester down on the earth, but Pearl didn't like him, so now he's up in space, being forced to watch cheesy movies. Pearl has promised that she will kill Mike if he doesn't, so it's not like he has a choice. Mike is known among the robots as being nice, funny, and pretty gullible.

PEARL FORRESTER
A madwoman trying to take over the world. Her only job other than complete and total domination is to make sure that Mike watches the horrible movies. She can contact Mike in the Satellite and has the power to make him watch these movies. (Because, she'll kill him otherwise) Pearl's personality traits include bossiness, often being impatient, and having a quick temper.
CROW
Crow is the golden colored robot on the Satellite of Love. He is one of the two robots that come in with Mike into the the theater. You can plainly see when Crow cracks jokes because he's really the only one with a clear moving mouth when you see the silouhettes. Crow's personality is pretty unpredictable, but my interpretation is that he thinks of himself higher than Mike and anyone else aboard the Satellite. You will not find a robot with a bigger ego.
TOM SERVO
Tom Servo is the Gumball machine-looking robot that goes into the theater with Mike. He has a brassy voice and can kind of bob up and down, but must be carried in and out of the theater by Mike. Servo is most easily recognizable by his floppy arms at his sides. Servo is a lot like Crow, but rather than boast his ego, Tom likes better to play tricks on Mike. You will often see him dressed up on the show, in any costume from an Irish dancer to a snow globe.
THE OBSERVER (ALSO KNOWN AS BRAIN GUY) This pale-looking fellow is always dressed in a purple robe and carries his blue brain around in a large petri dish. He is one of Pearl's sidekicks on the planet, and has the power to transport people and robots in and out of the Satellite of Love. The Brain Guy is highly intelligent, but will usually follow Pearl's orders calmly and without question.
PROFESSOR BOBO
This is an ape (or monkey, or gorilla, or something like that) down on the planet with Pearl. As far as we can tell, he's highly decorated, but not that bright. He ends up getting the trio on the planet into a lot of scrapes. Bobo has a good sense of humor, but very little self confidence, and will follow Pearl's orders with hunched shoulders.
GYPSY
This is the only identifiable female robot on the Satellite of Love. She is the one we see on occasion, with a long, bendable neck and a big purple head. She gets along with everybody well, and is most recognizable by her falsetto voice.
CAMBOT
Cambot is the only robot on the Satellite that doesn't say anything. He is the one with a camera on his head that takes pictures and close-ups of letters written on the show.

JOEL
If you hear mention of Joel on the show, he was the original guy sent up in the Satellite of Love. But Professor Forrester wanted him dead, so Tom Servo and Crow dropped him off in Australia to save him. That was when Pearl got infuriated beyond belief and sent Mike up instead.
PROFESSOR FORRESTER
As far as I know, this is Pearl's husband. He was the one who forced Joel to watch the horrible films. If you ever see the old shows, Professor Forrester is the one on the planet with the glasses, green labcoat, and matty mustache.
FRANK
Before Mike and Pearl were in the picture, Frank was Professor Forrester's sidekick. He's the one in the older shows with the white hair. His job was to intimidate Joel and turn off the screen when the show was over.
