The House was finished being Built September 2001. We closed on it the 24th of September. It is Around 1600 sq ft. It is 2 stories plus a 1/2 basement with a crawl space. It has a 2 car Garage. It is 3 bedroom, 1 of which my office is in. Will have a 4th room as soon as I finish out the basement.
