Owen has been playing drums for five years, taking lessons for six months. He also plays trumpet in Concert Band at school. Bradley plays drums in school band and has recently completed his grade seven Royal Conservatory of music exam. He has been playing guitar for a year and a half. Francois couldn't play any instrument until Bradley invited him to come into the band room with him and Owen in May, 1998. He started out playing drums, but found that he sucked at it. So, Francois tried guitar but found that he didn't like playing guitar. About two weeks after starting with Bradley and Owen, Francois picked up a bass, and he was a natural with no musical lessons ever. Cherie has played piano for five years and played tenor sax in school band.

Francois is the coolest person in the band according to everyone they know. After learning a few cover songs very well, the students at Vanier pestered the band about what their name was (which is a total lie). We were sitting around thinking of names and one thing came up like Lunchbox 40. Then No Clue popped out of Owen's mouth and we were all like sweeeeeeeeeeeeettttttttttttt.

Bradley is the only one who is very proud of the variety of styles incorporated into their music, Francois and owen wanted to keep it strictly punk. Bradley says "music is the way that I express my feelings. I have a large variety of feelings so, I need a large variety of music styles, not to mention a large variety in foods as well. Music influences people's emotions a lot more than they think." The band's style varies from hard core punk to a mellow slow song.

All of the good songs are written by Frankie. Each band member helps to write each song. Sometimes Owen writes the guitar and Francois writes lyrics then stick them together. Owen does some funky stuff on drums and we have a song. Other times one member could write the entire song but we all change the song even if its just a little.

Brad's influences in writing music are Rebecca ST. James, Our Lady Peace, Get Sum and The Offspring. Francois' influences are Green Day, Blink 182, The Offspring and Slick Shoes. Owen's influences are 88 Fingers Louie, Green Day, Mustard Plug and Korn.

No Clue is currently working on their first demo tape (which totally bombed) to send out to record companies.
