Veggie Pizza Submitted by Trish, Army Wife, 01/24/99: These appetizers are great at get togethers and relatively healthy! :-) 2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (Press into pan, bake and cool completely) Mix 1 - 8 oz cream cheese and 1 pkg hidden valley ranch salad dressing packet and 3/4 cup mayo. Spread the mixture on top of crust. Sprinkle with broccoli, cauliflower, onions, black olives, green peppers. (These should be chopped) Top with grated cheese. ENJOY!!!
Oyster CrackersSubmitted by Trish, Army Wife 01/24/99: 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix 1/2 teaspoon dillweed 3/4 cup salad oil (I use virgin olive) 5 cups plain oyster crackers (Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp lemon pepper) Preheat oven to 250 degrees, combine salad dressing mix with dill weed and oil. Pour mixture over crackers, stir to coat. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir gently halfway through baking. ENJOY!!
