
1 unbaked, single crust pie pastry
6 to 7 peaches, depending on size, pitted and sliced thinly
3 generous tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, unwhipped
Cinnamon
Mix peaches, flour and sugar and pour into unbaked shell. Pour whipping
cream over the peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for about an
hour, until the center is custardy. Refrigerate any leftovers.
