I came back from work hungry, all tired to the bone.
Kittens are purring; my love’s tied to the phone.
My thoughts rambled to hot, hot pizza, and – Tullamore Dew!
She said, “Don’t worry, (honey). I’ve got some nice – cabbage stew.”

	Ah, but fortunately I have the key to escape reality.
	And you may see me tonight with an illegal smile;
	It don’t cost very much but it lasts a long while.
	With a smile on your face, you’re your own armored car.
	Have some fun and reach for the stars.

Well, I laid down in bed just to have a good sleep.
Thoughts were a jamble; started counting out sheep.
My love rode in seated on a flying --- carpet, ...
Licking an ice cream. I said, Yes!” and she smiled, said –  “Not yet!”
