REBECCA GAYHEART is Lois, a sassy sorority sister who befriends Sidney Prescott and tries to convince her to join the Delta Lambda Zeta sorority.
Gayheart was most recently seen in the action-comedy "Nothing to Lose," starring Tim Robbins and Martin Lawrence. She also starred in Martin Donovan's "Somebody is Waiting," with Nastassja Kinski and Gabriel Byrne. Her next film role will be in the modern thriller "Urban Legend," costarring Jared Leto and Joshua Jackson. Gayheart's career started in commercials, where she gained recognition as the "Noxzema girl." She then began landing roles in television, including the NBC miniseries "Invasion," the Amblin series "Earth 2," "The Vanishing Son" and "Beverly Hills 90210," as Luke Perry's wife. Born in Kentucky on August 12, 1972, Gayheart moved to New York when she was 15 to finish her high school education at the Professional Children's School. She then studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute. |
