Name of Item and its LocationAdmantine Win it from Admantine. They are turtles with black shells found at the shores of Long Horn Island (That large, horn shaped island north of the Tomb of the nameless King in Galbadia).
Bomb Fragment Just steal from the Lava Bomb (red, spherical, floating objects with short arms). They can be found in the Cave of Fire.
Bone of Eerie Dragon You can get this by defeating the T-Rex (You know where it is, the Training Centre).
Charm Claw You can get this by stealing/winning from 'Torai Feisu' (3-headed monster with a purple colour skin). It can found at basement of Warship Island. You can also get this from the Kuriipusu (black shadow with red eyes).
Cocatrice Feather You can get this by defeating the Kokatorisu (small Feather shaped peacock which has lightning attacks).
Dragon Fang To get the Dragon Fang, you need to fight Dooragon Izorade (a green dragon with black spots which is rather strangely shaped...) This can be found on the Island closest to Hell.
Dragon Uroko This is easy to find. Just use steal from GerenDeru (giantic Lizard, with blue stripes and has lightning breath!) You can find these at Altemsia Castle or the Hills of Galbdia (near WinHill Town, after getting Ragnarok).
Dragon Skin To get this, fight the T-Rex and defeat it, or steal from Dooragon Izorade (green dragon, with black spots, rather strange-shaped...) Both of them can be found at the Island closest to Hell.
Dynamo Rock You can get this by defeating Purittsu (electric knights found in the Sentora Area, cast lightning). If not, try to steal from it. You can also get this by stealing from the Inbinshiburu (robot with long poles flying in mid-air) You will meet this during Laguna's last scenario.
Feather Cutting Wind You can get this by defeating Surasuto Eibisu (purple bird-like structure, found in the Galbadia grasslands) or stealing from the Woirudo Fukku (grey colour monsters with four black knifes on its torso).
Fighting Spirit Fragment You can get this by stealing from the Esansuushi (greem shell, red-orange skin). These creatures are found inside the Tomb of the Nameless King (low encounter rate).
Fire Dragon Fragment You can get this by stealing from those Rubulmdragons (red in color with V-shaped horn). They are found at the Island closest to Hell.
Fish Fin To get this, just simply steal it from Fokaroru, it is a huge fish with red-orange fins (not those found at the seaside of Balamb; you can find them at the sand desert outside the Prison Tower.
Force Ring This is rather tough. I will try to get more information on it. It is an item that allows your G.F to memorise the G.F ability (Spirit +40%).
Fragment of Stars This requires high levels. Head to the underground basement of the Warship Island. You need to steal from the Iron Giant (those huge monsters holding a huge blade that are dark blue in colour).
Friend Killer Sword You can get this by stealing from the Raifu Fobidon (skeleton with a red color feather around its neck). You will encounter this at Sentora Ruins.
Iron Pipe You can get this by stealing from the Uendigo (yellow-green gorillas). This is one of the most frequently asked questions. These are found in the deserts outside Galbadia City.
Iron Sphere You can get this by defeating the GIM47N (yellow robots during your adventure at F.H City) or defeat Uendigo (yellow-green gorillas found at the deserts of Galbadia).
Kitchen Knifeu need to fight the Tonberi (green monster holding a lantern and a knife.] These can be found at the main compound of the Sentora Ruins.
Mezmoriser's Blade This rather easy. Just encounter Mezumaraizu (sheep like structures with a blue crescent horn). They can be found in snowfield of Travia Area.
Moon Stone You can get this by stealing from the Kuraaru (leopards with long whiskers). You will find this at the Esthar Snowfield after getting the Ragnarok. The monster which you can get the Sparkling Energy from, also allows you to get this!
Molbor's Tentacle You can get this by stealing from Molbors (huge green plants with an attack that causes a series of status ailments). Molbors are found at the Island closest to Heaven/Hell.
Nokogiri's Edge You can get this by stealing/winning from the Beru Heru Meru Heru. These monsters are mostly commonly found outside Galbadia Garden in the desert area. It is the funny swaying mask-blade monster.
Ochuu Tentacles You can get this by stealing from the Ochuu (green plants with two long tentacles found at the Island closest to Heaven or the green forests found in Trabia Area).
Red Fang Win it from the Rubulmdragons (red in color with a black color V-shaped horn). You can also get it by winning from the Meruto Dragon (black in colour, with blue scales, no wings and Z-shaped tail).
Ring of Life You can get this by defeating the Mezumaraizu (sheep-like creatures with a blue colour crescent shaped horn at the snowfields of Trabia), they are very rare. Steal it from the Right Hand of the Baiseeji Hanzu (the monster which appears with his head and hands only. Encounter it outside WinHill town (low encounter rate about 1/10 chance).
Revive Ring It is an item that allows your G.F to learn HP+20%. You need to steal/win from the Kuaaru to get this item. It can be found at the snowfield of Esthar Area after getting the Ragnarok. It is a lepard with long whiskers.
Screw Steal or win from the greyish-red monsters found around Galbadia.
Sparkling Energy You can get this by winning from the Erunooiru (dull green Elviole-like structure, found at Esthar City Area after getting Ragnarok). If not, try to steal from it (low encounter rate).
Spider String You can get this by defeating/stealing from the Kedachiku (giant caterpillars with blue dots, found at the forests of Balamb).
Sharp Nail You can get this by stealing from the Gurande Aaro (giantic spider with a pointed tail). These monsters can found in Sentora Area or the forests near Edea's House.
Turtle Shell To get this, just steal from the Admandanti (huge giant turtles found near the shores of Long Horn Island), or defeat the Esansuushi (green-red crawlers found at the Tomb of the Nameless King).
Wave Bullets Just simply get 2x Sparkling Energy and use Ifrit's Make Bullets Ability and you will be able to change Wave Bullets. Refer to the above part on how to get Sparkling Energy.
Windmill You can get this by stealing from Surasuto Eibisu (purple bird-like structure). It is found in the Galbadia grasslands.
