This anime is about two scientists who are reaserching this kind of a demon diseas. One of them has it, but he can control it. What this diseas does, it makes you turn into a demon who must eat humans to live. A major politician gets this diseas. He was told by a famous fortune teller that he would get it. He is out to get the fortune teller and his daughter. The scientists help protect them. This anime was allright. I wouldn't recommend seeing over others, but if you have nothing else to watch give it a look.
