Neo Tokyo is out of controll with gangs and hookers ruling he streets. The story is about a gang of street kids who get involved in the akira project.Tetsuo, the youngest, is believed to have special powers like the legendary Akira. Scientists
test help Tetsuo to discover these powers...only to send him on a wild rampage. This is a kick ass anime that everyone should see. |
