COLORADO SPRINGS CHESS CLUB

                The Colorado Springs Chess Club meets Tuesday evenings, at the Acacia Apartments Building at 104 E. Platte, just north of Acacia Park.  Playing site opens about 6:30 PM. Most activities begin registration about 7:30, with play starting at 8:00.  For more information call Buck at  685-1984.

Entry fee: $20 ($15 to juniors, seniors, unrated), $2 off if received by 4/2.
Prizes: Modest cash prizes per entries. Most of tournament income will go to help Colo State HS Champion attend Denker Tournament of Champions.

Time Control: G/90
Site: Satellite Hotel, 411 Lakewood Circle, Colorado Springs
Directions: Take I-25 to Exit 139, US 24 East. Make a left at the 3rd light onto Academy Blvd. The Satellite is the large hotel on your left 0.6 miles up Academy.
Open Section: Open to all. $250-150; A, B, U1600, each $100. 6 USCF Grand Prix Points.
Reserve Section: Open to U1400/Unr. $200-120; E, U1000, Unr., each $80.
Entry fee: $25 if received by 6/11, $30 at site; $6 off for juniors, seniors, unrateds.
