ABOUT THE AGOO COMPUTER COLLEGE
Philosophy. We believe that God gave every man the freedom of choice. It is the role of an educational institution to train every man the ability to choose and make the best decision in any circumstances.
History. In 1983, we started as Video and Computer Rental Shop. It was in 1987, when people in Agoo La Union requested us to conduct a seminar in computer education in addition to the computer games that they enjoyed. It was a great success. People asked for more computer knowledge and skills. Then we offer a short-term formal education. As the people in the community realized our sincere commitment in improving the quality of education in the community and in the country, they supported us when we offer bachelors degree programs. These were Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration (BSSA). Our school continued to be the pioneering school in many concepts in the Philippine educational system. We are the first college in the country that offered three years Bachelors degree in BSCS and BSSA.
At present, all students have their own email addresses. All graduating students have their own Web Pages. We are the only college in the Philippines that does not collect Internet Fee to our students. Our students are allowed with unlimited access to the Internet.
Vision. We envision ourselves to be the Center of Excellence in Computer Education.
Mission. Our mission it to promote the highest degree of professionalism, efficiency, nationalism, innovation, and self-reliance.
