How to send an SMS:

1.If you do not know the International Prefix of the number you wish to send to then choose the network from the list and the prefix will be added for you.

2.Enter the recipient's cell phone number into the "To cell number" field (remember the international prefix)

3.Type your message (up to 150* characters) in the message field

4.Enter your eMail address in the "Your Email" field for delivery notification & replies

5.Click the Send Message button and your message will be sent.

The Short Message Service (SMS) is a two way communication protocol that allows cellphones to send and receive text messages of up to 160 characters.

There are two types of SMS messages - Mobile Originating and Mobile Terminating.

The Mobile Terminating service applies to messages "terminating" on the cellphone, i.e. the text message is sent to the cellphone.

The Mobile Originating service applies to messages "originating" from the cellphone.
